This framework is based on the Iheart Framwork of Resilience created by Terry Rubinstein. We learn how thought influences the way we feel, and as that insight deepens, our experience of ourselves and the world begins to shift.
We start to recognise the inner resources and natural creativity that have always been there. Even though we may not access it all the time, knowing it exists brings steadiness and helps us return to balance more quickly.
From there, life flows more easily, in our relationships, our work, our sense of connection and even our prosperity.
